How fast do you ship?
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM ship the same day. Pymexpress delivers next-day to the Gran Área Metropolitana (San José, Alajuela, Cartago, Heredia) and within 1–3 days to the rest of Costa Rica.
How do I verify a Certificate of Analysis?
Every product page has a Purity Test tab with the COA Key for that batch. Visit brown-biology.com/verify-coa.html and search the key to view the independent laboratory result directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
SINPE Móvil (colones, instant, no fee) and bank transfer to our IBAN (colones or US dollars). We do not accept credit cards. Full payment instructions appear at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Costa Rica only. International orders may be considered case-by-case for established research institutions — contact us to discuss.

PEPTIVA.LIFE is registered as a Costa Rican SRL. We are an online supplier — we do not operate a walk-in retail location.
